Junior Ad Ops Specialist

Summary

Join our growing Life Sciences Business Unit as a Junior Ad Operations Specialist to assist with setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns on MDCalc's platform. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior-level candidate who is eager to learn and has some experience in digital advertising.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience (internship or entry-level) in digital advertising, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to turn raw data into actionable insights
• Proficient in Microsoft office (ie: excel) and Google drive products
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive team player who is willing to learn and adapt quickly
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Assist the Ad Operations team in setting up, managing, and optimizing ad campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on KPIs and performance
• Collaborate with Sales, Client Success, and Product teams to ensure smooth campaign execution for pharmaceutical clients
• Provide support in creating reports and tracking performance metrics, helping drive operational efficiency
• Assist with targeting and reporting for campaigns, ensuring all ads are delivered on time and optimized for best results
• Help with the creation of screen recordings, screenshots, and other materials for campaign launch efforts
• Contribute to CRM data management and assist with other ad operations tasks as needed
