Junior Analyst

Join Novo Holdings' Sustainability & Impact team as a Junior Analyst (student) to support the strategic sustainability agenda and engage in diverse tasks related to ESG standards and reporting. The role offers opportunities for professional development, flexibility, and collaboration.

Requirements

• Is enrolled in 2nd or 3rd year of a bachelor’s degree or 1st year of master’s degree
• Has achieved excellent academic results
• Possesses good quantitative skills
• Possesses strong verbal and written skills in English
• Has experience with the MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

• Assisting in ESG data collection, structuring, and maintaining the ESG database in collaboration with our Digital team
• Supporting the development of analyses and dashboards for ESG reporting purposes
• Compiling data and assisting with documentation for greenhouse gas calculations
• Supporting initiatives to prepare presentations, memos, and training materials for portfolio companies
• Conducting ad hoc research on sustainability market trends, reporting standards, and best practices
