Summary
Join Sword Health's CEO team and play a key role in supporting the company's strategic growth initiatives through M&A, fundraising, and other strategic projects. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior leadership and gain hands-on experience in high-impact projects during a phase of rapid growth and innovation. You will be involved in deal sourcing and evaluation, financial modeling, fundraising support, due diligence, market intelligence, executive communication, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires a degree in a relevant field and 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting, or corporate development. Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, management consulting or corporate development
- Excellent analytical skills
- Curious, proactive and resourceful, with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, with high ownership and accountability
- Organization and planning skills
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities by conducting market research, industry mapping, and target company analysis
- Build and maintain financial models for valuation, scenario analysis, and due diligence purposes
- Support fundraising processes by preparing investor presentations, data room materials, and financial analyses
- Coordinate internal and external resources to support diligence efforts across finance, legal, product, and technology
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and investment landscapes to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare investment cases and recommendations as well as materials for board meetings, executive updates, and investor communications
- Work with teams across product, finance, legal, and operations to support strategic initiatives and integrations
