The Junior Associate Attorney will review claims thoroughly, investigate them, evaluate their cause, document and report them, conclude them by accepting, denying or negotiating, pay the claim if necessary, support litigations about the claim, prepare Large Loss Reports for upper management, notify the Underwriting Department of potential risks found during the claim process, and encourage periodic meetings regarding the claim process. The ideal candidate should have 0-5 years of experience (entry level preferred), be a recent law school graduate, be bilingual in Korean/English, and visa sponsorship is available if needed.
