Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a related role, such as strategy consulting / corporate strategy, business development or operations, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages
- High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams
Responsibilities
- Assisting in the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives and projects across Thrive, Bloom, and Move
- Supporting the Chief of Staff with planning, prioritization, and follow-through on key strategic objectives
- Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement
- Conducting research, preparing materials, and drafting communications to inform decision-making and support leadership
- Enhancing process efficiency and productivity by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and operations
- Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote alignment and transparency
- Helping organize and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentations, and documenting outcomes
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with the healthcare or technology sectors
- A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
- Passion for improving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of a mission-driven organization
- Bachelorโs Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or related areas
