Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a related role, such as strategy consulting / corporate strategy, business development or operations, in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Highly proficient in spoken and written English. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages
  • High level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse teams

Responsibilities

  • Assisting in the coordination and execution of cross-functional initiatives and projects across Thrive, Bloom, and Move
  • Supporting the Chief of Staff with planning, prioritization, and follow-through on key strategic objectives
  • Tracking and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure progress against goals and identifying areas for improvement
  • Conducting research, preparing materials, and drafting communications to inform decision-making and support leadership
  • Enhancing process efficiency and productivity by identifying and implementing improvements in workflows and operations
  • Maintaining clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote alignment and transparency
  • Helping organize and facilitate meetings, including creating agendas, preparing presentations, and documenting outcomes

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the healthcare or technology sectors
  • A proactive, resourceful, and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain composure under pressure
  • Passion for improving operational efficiency and contributing to the success of a mission-driven organization
  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree in Engineering, Economics, Management or related areas
