Responsibilities

  • Promptly receive and log HR-related inquiries via phone and email
  • Efficiently resolve queries using ticketing systems
  • Assist employees with questions regarding policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters
  • Ensure high service quality while adhering to established processes
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
  • Take ownership of query resolution and meet individual performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a BPO environment is an advantage, such as working with CRM systems and answering queries by phone
  • Any experience or education in Human Resource Management or HR-related activities is a plus
