Responsibilities

• Support clients with everyday D365 BC questions and issues
• Assist in system setups and basic configurations
• Document client needs and work with senior consultants on solutions
• Participate in structured training and certification programs

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with ERP systems, Dynamics 365, or basic programming (AL, SQL)
