Summary

Join Experian as a Junior Delivery Executive and contribute to delivering high-quality services to clients, working with data, and collaborating with the Client Delivery team.

Requirements

• Relevant higher education degree
• Some experience manipulating data
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package
• Team player attitude

Responsibilities

• Work with internally or externally sourced data, interrogate and highlight any anomalies to the Client Delivery Manager
• Take ownership for the right delivery of processes which meet client expectations
• Create good quality written communications both within team and directly to clients
• Maintain a good awareness of the main divisional products
• Work with other members of the processing team to ensure that all deliverables are met
• Understand and participate in performance management processes
• Contribute to a culture where the fair treatment of customers is at the heart of the Experian business
