Summary

Join FINN Autoabo as a Junior Fleet Operations Coordinator and play a key role in managing the efficient administration of the vehicle fleet after subscription expiry. Coordinate damage assessments, ensure quick and smooth vehicle preparation, and collaborate with external service providers and internal departments. Optimize processes, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and support end billing for customers. The role is based in Munich, with the flexibility to work remotely throughout Germany.

Requirements

  • Ideally, you have initial experience in process coordination, customer service, or dispatch (e.g., logistics)
  • Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship, preferably in the automotive sector, or have comparable experience
  • You are an organizational talent with a keen eye for detail and maintain an overview in stressful situations
  • You enjoy working with partners and colleagues and are always open to new suggestions
  • You are solution-oriented, show initiative, and are willing to take responsibility
  • You are a communication talent - you speak fluent German and have good English skills

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and optimize processes: Coordinate vehicle return processes, ensure quick assessment and preparation of vehicles, analyze existing processes, and develop solutions to minimize processing times and maximize customer satisfaction
  • Communication and stakeholder management: Regularly communicate with external partners (e.g., appraisers, preparation services) and internal departments, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and up-to-date, building strong relationships, and ensuring adherence to internal guidelines
  • Internal communication and final billing: Maintain an overview of internal processes, coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth fleet disposal, and support the creation of final invoices for customers
  • Varied challenges: Act as an interface between different teams and external partners, find efficient solutions, develop new process optimization ideas, and remain calm under pressure
  • Responsibility: Be the central point of contact in fleet management, handle daily tasks, actively contribute process improvement ideas, and ensure efficient vehicle return or transfer, directly impacting fleet utilization and FINN's success

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in process coordination, customer service, or logistics
  • Commercial apprenticeship in the automotive sector
