Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, statistics, computer science or a related field
• 2-3 years of experience in analytical modeling with knowledge in time series, statistics, and econometrics for model building and maintenance
• Proficiency in Python, ARIMA, SQL, Excel VBA and Power Query
• Exposure to big data (large & diverse): tabular, satellites sensor data, text, voice & images for processing & forecasting
• Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and communicate effectively across all levels

Responsibilities

• Assist in macro-economic time series modelling to support the innovation and development of new analytical offerings
• Collaborate with economists to uncover trends, extract, and present relevant information using data analytics and visualization tools
• Work with geospatial data (earth observation satellite) and models for risk assessment (credit, macroeconomic scenario)
• Create web-based dashboards using open-source techniques
• Implement data governance activities to regularly improve data, maintenance processes, and workflows to deliver high-quality data
• Gather technical requirements, analyse business processes, and communicate effectively with stakeholders
