Requirements

• A kaufmännische or betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung and Berufserfahrung im Finanz- oder Rechnungswesen is required
• Erfahrung in der Personal- und Lohnadministration is von Vorteil, aber kein Muss
• You are zuverlässig and have a Auge fürs Detail and feel at home in the world of Zahlen
• Excel is your best friend, Abacus-Kenntnisse are a Bonus
• You speak fliessend Deutsch and Englisch - Französischkenntnisse are von Vorteil

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for our Debitoren- und Kreditorenrechnungen
• You verantwortest the Personal-, Lohn- und Sozialversicherungsadministration unserer Schweizer Mitarbeitenden
• You begleitest together with the People Team new colleagues through the Onboarding-Prozess and ensure a smooth start
• You koordinierst the Offboarding-Prozess and ensure a orderly exit
• You sorgst dafür, dass alles korrekt und pünktlich abgewickelt wird for Spesenabrechnungen
• You erledigst the Bearbeitung der Kreditkartenabrechnungen souverän and effizient
