This role involves regular performance reporting, financial modeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. We are a remote-first business, with the FP&A function based in Australia and aligned to AEDT hours. Requirements
- Possess a good grasp of accounting basics
- Demonstrate impressive Excel/Sheets skills (formulas, pivot tables)

Responsibilities
- Contribute to planning for FY26
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports covering sales, supply chain performance, and the entire profit & loss statement
- Collaborate with the Financial Operations team to understand variances between actuals and forecast, speeding up month-end close processes
- Analyze supply chain costs, connect with team members across AU/US/UK markets, and uncover risks and opportunities to the cost base
- Support regular reporting on performance, operational expenses, and sales forecasts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
