Junior Full Stack Developer

This remote position offers the chance to contribute to the evolution of internal systems and services. You will assist in building and maintaining internal applications, participate in code reviews and bug fixes, and improve security through secure coding practices. Collaboration with senior developers and the CTO is key to delivering development tasks and providing technical support to internal stakeholders. The role requires proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Git, along with a degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience. Requirements

• Basic proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and Git
• 12+ months of development experience (including internships or personal projects)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with remote collaboration using tools like Slack, GitHub, and Microsoft 365
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
• Good written communication in English; verbal proficiency sufficient for collaboration
• Laptop or desktop with at least: Intel Core i5 (12th gen or newer) 16GB RAM Windows 10+, Linux, or macOS Reliable internet connection suitable for remote development work Permanent work-from-home set-up Dayshift (Australian business hours) Full-time job

Responsibilities

• Assist in building and maintaining internal applications across the full tech stack
• Contribute to bug fixes, code reviews, and technical documentation
• Participate in improving security through secure coding practices

• Support internal stakeholders by providing technical assistance and updates

Preferred Qualifications

Some exposure to GraphQL, MySQL, AWS, WordPress, or Linux
