Summary
Join iHerb as a Junior Global Logistics Specialist and coordinate international shipments with various logistics companies. You will ensure timely and economical processing of outbound shipments, communicating in English and Arabic. Responsibilities include reporting discrepancies, supporting daily logistics functions, maintaining vendor information, researching lost or damaged shipments, and following up with vendors. You will also organize and report customer survey results, perform audits, obtain quotes, and translate documents as needed. A high school diploma is required, with a Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities
- Report to the Director of Global Logistics any discrepancies of damaged or lost shipments, customs issues, and work with various freight forwarders and logistics vendors to ensure shipments are properly sent to their correct destination and on time
- Support Global Logistics Specialist and daily functions assigned by the Global Logistics Leadership
- Maintain TMS vendor rates and routings, lead times, pick-up times, logos, VAT, tracking mapping, and shipping content
- Research lost shipments, broken items and track items between custom brokers and iHerb Logistics
- Follow-up with freight forwarders and logistics vendors on a daily basis to ensure timely transit
- Organize and report monthly customer survey results to the management team for improvements
- Perform audits, comply with internal compliance process, review logistics processes and support contract process with the Leadership team when needed
- Obtain quotes, prepare and send vendor pricing update reports to the Accounting Department and the management team
- Translate documents if needed
- Attend corporate meetings when translation is necessary
- Support assigned projects when needed
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience required
