Junior Grafik Designer

Summary

Join YOYABA and become a key member of our team, responsible for the creative design and optimization of social media ad campaigns. From day one, you'll be immersed in exciting projects with top accounts, collaborating with passionate and driven individuals. You will take full ownership of the graphic creation of all social media campaign assets, designing various ad versions and continuously optimizing them through A/B testing. This role requires experience in social media graphic design, proficiency in design tools, and a growth mindset. Requirements

• Ideally, have initial experience in graphic and design for social media campaigns and know what is important here
• Have already worked with interaction design and rapid prototyping and have had contact with tools such as Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects
• Have an absolute growth mindset and feel strongly connected to the start-up mentality
• Want to grow beyond your limits, both professionally and personally, and want to become creative with a team of A-players*
• Love to get creative with the Adobe Suite and design the most innovative ads for social media campaigns and break all previous records with your designs

Responsibilities

• Take complete responsibility for the graphic creation of all social media campaign assets
• Conceive, design, and create various versions of ads for social media campaigns
• Continuously optimize your campaigns through A/B testing and implement resulting adjustments
• Conduct intensive research on other companies and brands to stay up-to-date on current design trends
