Junior Graphic Designer

Summary

Join our dynamic design team as a Junior Graphic Designer for a 3-month temporary contract. Collaborate on various digital and print media projects while growing your skills in a fast-paced environment. This remote position is available to applicants living in Mexico and Central America.

Requirements

• A portfolio showcasing creative design work, preferably with a focus on digital and print media
• Experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will be considered
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma(Basic) and other relevant design software
• Basic understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and composition principles
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design briefs and guidelines
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• A passion for design and a keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of compelling visual designs for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other promotional materials
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and target audiences
• Assemble Brand Campaigns using internal templates
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative design concepts and ideas
• Execute design projects from concept to completion, adhering to brand guidelines and ensuring consistency in visual identity
• Design and produce graphics including banners, icons, and other digital elements to enhance user experience
• Research industry trends and emerging design techniques to stay up-to-date with the latest design best practices
• Assist in photo and design assets editing, resizing and retouching to enhance image quality and consistency
• Contribute to the maintenance and organization of the design assets library
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project objectives and ensure timely delivery of design projects
• Seek feedback from senior team members and actively participate in design critiques to improve skills and designs
