Ivy Energy is seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer with at least 3 years of experience to join their team. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in graphic design
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Experience designing for digital and print media
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to follow brand guidelines and maintain cohesive design quality

Responsibilities

• Develop visual concepts, graphics, and layouts for our website, social media, marketing materials, sales, and other digital and print media
• Create designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our products and services to our target audience
• Collaborate with the marketing, client experience, sales, and product teams to develop and execute creative campaigns
• Follow the brand guide to maintain cohesive design quality across all materials
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the ideation process
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize workload to meet deadlines
• Create a template library with Ivy icons, graphics, and slide designs, enabling each department to easily create deliverables without needing a designer to complete the entire project

Benefits
