Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in operations coordination, booking management, or a related role
• Fluency in English and Spanish

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of bookings from initial booking to post-check-out
• Serve as the main point of contact for all stakeholders involved in the booking process
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure that all necessary preparations, services, and follow-ups are completed as required for each booking
