Junior IAM Consultant

Summary

Join Devoteam's Cybertrust Germany team as an IAM Consultant, working in a flexible nearshore model based in Porto, Lisbon, or Aveiro with remote work options. Analyze business, IT, and compliance requirements, design and implement IAM solutions, integrate IAM platforms, and provide operational support to national and international clients. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team. This role requires eligibility for an IEFP Internship in IAM or cybersecurity consulting, advanced English proficiency, and experience with relevant technologies. A solid understanding of authorization concepts and strong communication skills are essential. Academic background in engineering or a similar field is needed.

Requirements

• Ilegible for IEFP Internship in IAM or cybersecurity consulting roles
• Advanced English proficiency (both written and spoken)
• Solid understanding of authorization concepts in Active Directory/LDAP
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and SCIM
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Academic in engineering or similar

Responsibilities

• Analyze IT, business, and compliance requirements
• Design and implement Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions
• Integrate IAM platforms with directory services and APIs
• Provide ongoing operational support for IAM environments
• Work with international clients as part of a multidisciplinary cybersecurity team

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience with SailPoint (Would be a plus)
