Summary

Join AUTO1 Group as a Junior Automotive Mechatronics Technician in the Backoffice and contribute to the quality management of the Operations Department. You will handle customer complaints, negotiate solutions, communicate with internal departments, and improve services. This 100% remote position offers the opportunity to work from anywhere in Germany. The role requires a completed apprenticeship as a vehicle mechanic or similar, strong automotive knowledge, MS Office skills, and fluency in German. Requirements

• Completed training as a vehicle mechanic, automotive salesman, or a comparable commercial profession
• Sound knowledge of motor vehicles, both type-open and specialized in certain vehicle manufacturers
• Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluent German skills and either basic English skills or willingness to learn
• A team- and results-oriented work style
• Passion for cars

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for receiving and processing complaints, inquiries, and special technical cases
• Negotiate with business customers regarding their concerns and find holistic solutions (primarily by phone)
• Communicate regularly with other internal departments regarding damage assessments
• Manage challenges with a high-quality and solution-oriented approach
• Make a significant contribution to improving our service and ensure a positive dealer experience
