Summary

This role requires a completed apprenticeship as a vehicle mechanic or a comparable commercial profession, profound automotive knowledge, basic MS Office skills, fluent German, and a team-oriented approach. Requirements

• Completed training as a vehicle mechanic, automotive salesman or a comparable commercial profession
• Well-founded automotive knowledge, both type-open and specialized in certain vehicle manufacturers
• Basic knowledge of common MS Office applications, especially Excel
• Fluent German skills and either basic English skills or willingness to learn
• A team- and results-oriented way of working
• Passion for cars

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for receiving and processing complaints, inquiries, and special technical cases
• Negotiate with business customers about their concerns and find holistic solutions (mostly by phone)
• Communicate regularly with other internal departments on damage assessments
• Master challenges with a high quality and solution-oriented approach
• Make a significant contribution to improving our service and ensure a positive dealer experience
