Requirements
- Professional German and English communication skills in writing, over the phone and in person
- Excellent ability to make professional connections
- Motivation to strive for stated targets

- A keen eye for details
- Basic knowledge of Atlassian and its products
- Curiosity and a drive to improve
- Proven organizational and prioritization ability
- Competence with the Microsoft Suite (especially Excel, SharePoint and Teams)
Responsibilities
- Work with the rest of the License Team to make sure requests from customers and colleagues are addressed in a timely fashion β often under non-negotiable deadlines
- Accompany our customers on their license purchase experience: identifying their needs, creating quotes quickly and accurately, answering questions, and ultimately securing their order
- Provide high quality license quotes for colleagues to pass on to their customers
- Identify opportunities for customers to optimize their Atlassian License Landscape
- Ensure data quality by actively maintaining the records of customers you work with in cooperation with the responsible account owner
- Proactively provide renewal quotes for existing customers
- Work closely with consultants, sales managers, business operations and Atlassian to ensure the customers enjoy a seamless experience
- Constantly assess the systems and processes you work with and give feedback when you see areas for improvement
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of Atlassian products, key app vendors and the Atlassian eco-system
- Professional experience in license reselling
- Experience with software applications for customer communication and management
