Requirements

• Prior customer service and sales experience
• Strong ability to take initiative and confidently direct customer interactions

Responsibilities

• Ability to uncover client needs and articulate value propositions in a clear and concise way
• Collect essential financial documentation from clients
• Foster customer relationships while making the onboarding process as smooth as possible
• Answering client questions regarding BHG, our products, and loan origination process
• Maintaining and documentation of client interactions and activities
