Summary

Join a multinational pharmaceutical company as a Junior Marketing Assistant in the Northern Suburbs of Athens. Assist in establishing and maintaining the company’s brand identity, collaborate with the design team to develop branding assets, manage events, and oversee the production and installation of banners for conferences and events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing
• Excellent command of the English language
• Computer literacy with keen knowledge of the Microsoft Office
• Keen communicator with strong presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task and ensure the adherence to strict deadlines

Responsibilities

• Assist in establishing and maintaining the company’s brand identity
• Collaborate with the design team to develop branding assets
• Assist in creating and distributing promotional materials
• Manage the complete setup for various events
• Oversee the design, production, and installation of banners for conferences and events
• Monitor and manage expenses, invoices, and accruals
• Collaborate with external partners and agencies to execute marketing campaigns

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Certifications or seminars in the field of marketing
• Experience as a Marketing Assistant, Junior Marketing Associate, Marketing Trainee will be highly appreciated
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry will be considered as a plus
