You will support the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across various paid social platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, and more. This role is perfect for someone with a foundation in digital advertising who wants to grow into a full-stack performance marketer. Collaborate with senior media buyers and cross-functional teams to launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns in the lead generation and home services space. You will be working in a dynamic startup environment with a newly renovated office in downtown. The salary range is $40,000 to $60,000 annually, with potential for performance bonuses, commission, and equity.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing or paid media (internships count)
- Basic knowledge of Facebook Ads and/or other paid social ad platforms
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn
- Comfortable working in spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Analytical mindset and interest in performance metrics
Responsibilities
- Assist in launching and QA'ing campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, and other paid social platforms
- Utilize existing campaign methodology to build and scale campaigns
- Monitor pacing, delivery, geo, and performance metrics (CTR, CVR, CPA, Margin)
- Rotate and test new creatives (images, videos, copy, advertorials)
- Support audience targeting, exclusions, and negative placement reviews
- Pull data reports and surface key performance insights to the team
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and account managers to execute tests
- Stay informed on best practices and platform updates across the paid social landscape
