Join Vanta as a Junior Paralegal and support our G&A teams by managing core operational legal functions across corporate governance, equity administration, and legal operations. This critical role ensures compliance as we scale globally. You will support corporate governance and legal entity maintenance, improve legal records and documentation workflows, enable international expansion and maintain subsidiary compliance, manage Vanta’s equity platform (Carta), and assist with operational legal support needs. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as a corporate or legal assistant, paralegal, or legal operations professional. Strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset are essential. Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience as a corporate or legal assistant, paralegal, or legal operations professional in a law firm or in-house team
- Strong organizational skills and an ability to stay on top of recurring and deadline-driven tasks

Responsibilities
- Support corporate governance and legal entity maintenance across domestic and international subsidiaries, including compliance filings, state qualifications, and board documentation
- Own and improve legal records and documentation workflows, ensuring proper creation, organization, and long-term maintenance
- Enable international expansion and maintain subsidiary compliance by coordinating with local counsel and tracking jurisdictional requirements
- Maintain Vanta’s equity platform (Carta), including managing employee equity records and supporting compliance-related processes
- Assist with operational legal support needs such as KYC requests, Certificates of Insurance, audit responses, and updates to internal legal resources
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate records and legal documentation, ensuring accessibility, version control, and alignment across internal tools and systems
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with corporate entity management and/or equity administration tools (e.g., Carta) is a strong plus
