Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 1–2 years’ experience in financial services, administration, or paraplanning support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); exposure to Xplan or CRM platforms is advantageous
  • RG146 or a Diploma of Financial Planning

Responsibilities

  • Manage onboarding documentation including KYC, fact finds, and file notes
  • Provide professional and timely communication with clients, including scheduling and follow-ups
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, meeting packs, and compliance documentation
  • Assist in collecting and entering client data and conducting preliminary strategy research
  • Support the preparation of basic SOAs and ROAs under the supervision of senior team members
  • Run insurance quotes, compare products, and liaise with providers for pre-assessments
  • Support modelling of client scenarios using internal software (with training provided)
  • Maintain CRM systems (Xplan, Plutosoft, Zoho) and ensure client files are accurate and up to date
  • Assist with operational support such as workflow tracking, document formatting, and internal reporting
  • Proactively participate in team meetings, internal training, and process improvement initiatives
