Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in partner acquisition, sales, or business development
- Knowledge in e-commerce, SaaS, or ERP solutions, and a good understanding of partner ecosystems
- Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and enthusiasm for networking
- Confident handling of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing tools
- Fluent German and English skills
Responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential partners through market and competitive analyses, and create a prioritized target list
- Build and maintain a systematic database for potential partner segments based on market trends and strategic goals
- Conduct initial qualification calls with new partners and hand over qualified leads to the Partnership Team
- Manage the partner pipeline, including regular updates and reporting in CRM systems, as well as consistent follow-up and support
- Support outreach campaigns, appointment scheduling, and the organization of events, webinars, and on-site meetings
- Collaborate with internal teams to incorporate feedback from partner discussions into strategies and materials
- Contribute to the further development of sales materials, pitch decks, and enablement resources for partner acquisition
