Junior Performance Test Engineer

Summary

Join us as a Junior Performance Test Engineer in our QA team, working remotely from Brazil, Argentina, or Colombia. Collaborate with a renowned Fortune 500 client on performance testing of POS systems and gain experience with payment processing and POS systems.

Requirements

• Basic experience with performance testing
• Familiarity with tools like JMeter, K6, or Gatling
• Desire to learn and work with JavaScript
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Upper-Intermediate English level

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance and load tests on the client’s POS system, mobile and cloud applications
• Track and analyze performance metrics to identify issues
• Collaborate with the team to fix performance problems
• Assist in creating and maintaining testing frameworks
• Troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements
• Report on test results

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with mobile testing
• Hands-on experience with any programming language
• Database knowledge and working experience
