Requirements

  • 1+ years in content creation, product enablement, or a related role within a SaaS or technology company
  • Basic experience with creating or editing training and educational materials (e.g., videos, documents, product guides)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, especially in editing and proofreading
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a demonstrated ability to work across departments and collaborate effectively
  • Familiarity with branding guidelines and the ability to maintain consistency when updating or rebranding materials
  • Comfortable working with content creation tools, LMS systems, and translation management software
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools, content formats, and industry best practices

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of enablement resources such as product tutorials, training documents, and course materials, ensuring content is up-to-date and consistent
  • Work with internal teams and external vendors to translate content into various languages, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance
  • Support the rebranding and refreshing of existing content to align with Uberall’s evolving brand identity and product updates
  • Assist in updating training resources and product documentation in alignment with new product releases and feature changes
  • Review and edit content for consistency, tone, and adherence to Uberall’s branding guidelines, ensuring high-quality materials are delivered across regions
  • Work with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to gather information for enablement materials and ensure timely delivery
  • Assist in the distribution of content to internal portals, external websites, and other relevant channels to ensure visibility and accessibility
  • Help collect and process feedback from internal stakeholders and customers to continually improve training resources and ensure effectiveness

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with translation management
  • Fluency in at least one additional language (beyond English)
  • Experience managing translations or working with translation vendors
