Junior Prop Trader

Summary

The job is for a beginner Prop Trader responsible for researching, analyzing, and executing trades in equities and options markets. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics or a related field
• B2 + English
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for the financial markets and trading

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trading opportunities
• Develop and implement trading strategies based on market conditions
• Execute trades in a disciplined and controlled manner
• Monitor and manage risk exposure in accordance with firm guidelines
• Collaborate with senior traders to learn and develop new trading techniques
• Maintain accurate records of trades and performance metrics

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python is a plus
• Prior trading experience is not required, but would be an advantage
