Hire Resolve is seeking a motivated individual to join their client's team as a Junior Quantity Surveyor in Paarl. Requirements

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing tender and contract documents, including bill of quantities
• Evaluate and analyze project costs and budgets
• Support the senior QS in the measurement of work done and assessing variation orders
• Participate in site inspections and liaise with contractors and clients
• Help in monitoring project progress and expenditure
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
• Contribute to reports and presentations for project stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with quantity surveying software is an advantage
