Summary
The job is for a Junior Reporting Analyst at Quaestor Advisors, LLC who will work with the Asset Management team, assisting with pipeline submissions, metrics, asset monitoring, portfolio dashboard reporting, and other related tasks. Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence while focusing on accuracy and efficiency
- Prior experience with financial statement analysis
- Ability to work effectively with all internal functional groups
Responsibilities
- Assist with pipeline submissions for accounts payable
- Assist with metrics, asset monitoring tasks
- Assist with portfolio dashboard reporting (until it is digitized and added as a system report)
- Perform other AM tasks as requested
Benefits
- Assist with set up of vendors, law firms and other third parties in the Pipeline system
- Work with team to confirm W9 and wire instructions as part of approval process
- Assist with initiation of wires and payments to vendors, law firms, third parties in support of the Real Estate Asset Management team
