Junior reporting analyst

Summary

The job is for a Junior Reporting Analyst at Quaestor Advisors, LLC who will work with the Asset Management team, assisting with pipeline submissions, metrics, asset monitoring, portfolio dashboard reporting, and other related tasks. The ideal candidate should be organized, self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work effectively with all internal functional groups.

• Ability to think broadly about the business, incorporating continual improvement of processes and procedures with a goal of excellence while focusing on accuracy and efficiency
• Prior experience with financial statement analysis
• Ability to work effectively with all internal functional groups

Responsibilities

• Assist with pipeline submissions for accounts payable
• Assist with metrics, asset monitoring tasks
• Assist with portfolio dashboard reporting (until it is digitized and added as a system report)
• Perform other AM tasks as requested
