Join Grip as our Junior Retoucher and contribute to the creation of stunning, photorealistic content for globally recognized brands. You will be an integral part of our in-house 3D studio, producing high-quality visuals for e-commerce and digital marketing projects. Using your Photoshop expertise, you will adjust lighting, shading, and color, ensuring top-notch visual delivery. Collaboration on generalized setups for automated retouching is also expected. This role offers the chance to enhance your technical skills in a dynamic, creative environment. Grip is a web-based software that automatically generates visual content using photorealistic 3D technology. We are a fully remote company with a diverse team.

Requirements

• Good Photoshop skills, including expertise in blend modes, selection types (pen tool, channel masking, luminosity, and color selections), and non-destructive workflows
• Previous retouching experience, particularly in compositing
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience with color grading and masking techniques
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Adjust the lighting, color, and size of products
• Perform color grading, match sharpness/blurriness, and align noise levels
• Recognize inaccuracies in 3D renders (e.g., perspective, angle, lighting) and provide feedback for corrections
• Follow standardized workflows for Photoshop files to ensure collaboration
• Add textual elements to images with precision and creativity
• Use our custom Photoshop toolkit to automate simple and repetitive tasks

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with 3D renders and an understanding of CGI image production
• A fast internet connection for managing large Photoshop files
