Junior Revenue Assurance Specialist

Summary

Join our Commercial Assurance Team and contribute to the success of our commercial model by ensuring accurate billing across the UK&I business. As a key member, you'll create billing invoicing, update databases, provide reporting, and resolve billing issues.

Requirements

• Excellent Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets)
• Excellent numerical skills
• Experience working with deadlines
• Experience investigating and interpreting deviations from expected financial outcomes
• Fluency in English

Responsibilities

• Create billing invoicing that is in consideration of the terms of client contracts
• Ensure accurate being information is provided to Service & Billing for update of the billing system following the needs for each specific task
• Ensure Commercial Assurance Team Database is kept up to date with contract changes, new client agreements and expired accounts through standardized process
• Amend existing invoicing schedules following changes to contractual agreements
• Provide detailed and accurate regular and ad-hoc reporting following management needs
• Work with teams in resolving billing and revenue related issues
• Create process documentation
• Complete daily actives and ad-hoc tasks assigned required for the successful team performance and completion of team plan
