Responsibilities

• Performance of HR: Benchmarking HR costs, organizing HR, optimizing processes and SLAs
• Trajectory of HR: Scheme director, assistance in choosing a new solution
• Deployment of HR: PMO, assistance to project management, deployment assistance, change management
