Junior SMM & Content Manager

Summary

Join our Prop Trader Startup as a dynamic SMM & Content Creator/Marketing Specialist. Responsible for developing and executing a content strategy to build brand presence and engage with the Warsaw online community, while managing relationships with key stakeholders. Fluent in Polish and English is required.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Ability to think independently and propose creative solutions
• Strong understanding of social media trends and platform algorithms
• Skills in video and photo editing, with a portfolio showcasing previous work

Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and distribute engaging content across all social media platforms
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to drive engagement over the next quarters
• Build and reinforce the company’s brand image in line with design guidelines and campaign goals, with a focus on attracting young talent to join our training program
• Manage and engage with the Warsaw online community and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including universities, business schools, and investment associations
• Create and manage engagement funnels for attracting applicants to both junior and senior trading roles
• Work closely with the head of the trading desk and HR team to align marketing campaigns with the company’s needs and goals
