Junior Social Media Manager / Community Manager

Summary

Join Planner 5D, a global home design platform with over 100 million users, as a Spanish-speaking SMM Manager. This remote-friendly position requires managing multiple social media accounts, developing and implementing content strategies, creating daily short-form video content, and analyzing account performance. You will ensure brand awareness and monitor social media trends. The role is contract-based, and a test assignment is part of the selection process. The ideal candidate is a native Spanish speaker with strong English skills (B2 or higher) and proven experience managing social media accounts with a record of high-performing video content.

Requirements

• English level B2 or higher
• Spanish - native
• Savvy social media user
• Experienced in management of multiple social media accounts
• Proven record of well-performing video content (50k views or more)
• Time management skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure brand awareness across different social media channels
• Manage multiple social media accounts
• Develop and follow strategies for the managed accounts
• Regularly post/share planned media content (text/photo/video)
• Create short-format content on a daily basis (TT, Reels, Shorts)
• Analyze account performance and report to management
• Monitor social media trends and research new platforms
