Requirements

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript)
• Basic understanding of version control tools (e.g. Git)
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude Code etc.) as part of daily workflows
• Strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative engineering environment
• Ability to break down problems and ask good technical questions
• Good communication skills and comfort working in a cross-functional team
• Comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with changing priorities
• Willingness to receive feedback and iterate on code and ideas
• Curiosity about software, product thinking, and modern AI/ML developments

Responsibilities

• Help build innovative features that unlock real-world insights for thousands of users
• Use AI tools (like ChatGPT and Copilot) to accelerate development, debug smarter, and learn faster
• Dive into production code to troubleshoot edge cases, squash bugs, and optimize performance
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code that supports collaboration and scaling
• Work on real-time and batch systems that process massive geolocation datasets across the U.S
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, and code reviews—your ideas and feedback are valued
• Own and deliver small projects from end to end, gaining autonomy and technical depth over time
• Explore and adopt new technologies and patterns that improve our product and engineering workflows
• Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to build intuitive, high-impact features
