Junior Software Test Engineer

Requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree in IT
• In addition, you have a great eagerness to learn and a desire to get stuck into IT projects
• Affinity with technology and preferably already experimented with code (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript or other)
• An analytical eye and attention to detail
• Communication skills in Dutch (English is a plus)
• Flexibility to work at clients in Belgium or remotely (depending on the project)

Responsibilities

• Test new applications, mobile apps, or web platforms at our clients
• Analyze test results and document your findings clearly and systematically
• Learn to not only recognize bugs, but also to name and follow them up
• Start with manual testing and take the step to test automation as soon as you are ready
• Work closely with developers, product owners and other QA professionals
• Grow into a full-fledged consultant who independently supports projects at clients
