Junior Software Test Engineer

You will test applications, mobile apps, and web platforms, analyze results, document findings, and collaborate with developers and product owners. Starting with manual testing, you will progress to test automation. You will grow into a consultant supporting client projects independently. Requirements

• You have a bachelor's degree in IT
• You also have a great eagerness to learn and a desire to get stuck into IT projects
• Affinity with technology and preferably already experimented with code (e.g. Java, Python, JavaScript or others)
• An analytical eye and attention to detail
• Communication skills in Dutch (English is a plus)
• Flexibility to work at clients in Belgium or remotely (depending on the project)

Responsibilities

• Test new applications, mobile apps, or web platforms at our clients
• Analyze test results and document your findings clearly and systematically
• Learn to not only recognize bugs, but also to name and follow them up
• Start with manual testing and take the step to test automation as soon as you are ready
• Work closely with developers, product owners, and other QA professionals
• Grow into a full-fledged consultant who independently supports projects at clients
