Junior Tax Specialist, Spain

Requirements

• Law/finance/accounting degree
• Master in taxation (preferable)
• Spanish Law knowledge
• 2-4 years of experience in previous similar position or Big4
• Solid English spoken & written

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of different tax obligations in Spain (IS, IRPF, VAT) and other EU countries
• Manage tax requirements / tax audits from Tax Authorities
• Assist with other tax compliance obligations (SII, Intrastat)
• Engage with tax-related projects: transfer pricing, international tax, EU VAT set-up of operations
• Cover internal business queries related to tax
• Be able to create and improve internal tax related processes and move towards automatization (innovation and creativity)

Preferred Qualifications

• Tax accounting knowledge considered an advantage
• Experience with Netsuite ERP considered an advantage
