Responsibilities

  • Administer and support the execution of compensation policies and programs
  • Audit job roles and prepare job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities, duties, and job requirements
  • Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary data
  • Review proposed salary adjustments, ensuring they align with established guidelines, policies, and market trends
  • Provide recommendations to resolve compensation-related issues
  • Assist in the formulation of company salary structures
  • Analyze and recommend salary grades for new or revised classifications
  • Conduct special studies and provide insights on compensation topics
  • Assist in equity administration tasks and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
