Summary

Join Alto Pharmacy as a Junior Total Rewards Specialist to support the Compensation and Benefits team in managing compensation processes, handling administrative tasks, responding to employee compensation queries, and assisting in the development and maintenance of salary structures.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the execution of compensation policies and programs
• Audit job roles and prepare job descriptions that accurately reflect responsibilities, duties, and job requirements
• Participate in compensation surveys to collect and analyze salary data
• Review proposed salary adjustments, ensuring they align with established guidelines, policies, and market trends
• Provide recommendations to resolve compensation-related issues
• Assist in the formulation of company salary structures
• Analyze and recommend salary grades for new or revised classifications
• Conduct special studies and provide insights on compensation topics
• Assist in equity administration tasks and maintain accurate records
• Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations
