Junior Transportation Engineer

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in all facets of transportation engineering including roadway, trail, and pedestrian type projects
• Design of horizontal and vertical alignments, drainage systems, signing and pavement markings, safety assessments, erosion and sediment control, development of maintenance and protection of traffic schemes, and preparation of construction related documents
• Report preparation, field reconnaissance and inspection, project rendering

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency using MicroStation and/or AutoCAD preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office software
• Desire to work in a team environment
• Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) a plus
