Join Zipdev as a Mid-Level C# Backend Engineer and work remotely with a US-based client in the automotive technology industry. This hands-on role involves supporting an existing project, performing various backend tasks within a microservices architecture, and collaborating with the client's engineering team. You will build and maintain .NET Core backends using C#, integrate internal APIs, participate in Agile ceremonies, and work with technologies like Kubernetes and DevOps tools. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn. Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience with C# and .NET Core
  • Solid understanding of REST APIs , unit testing , and batch processing
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL databases
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems and queue-based architectures
  • Strong sense of ownership and software reliability
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable working with Kubernetes and DevOps automation
  • Ability to work in a remote, Agile environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the team
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Currently living in LATAM

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the client's engineering team in a fully remote environment
  • Build and maintain efficient, high-quality .NET Core backends written in C#
  • Integrate multiple internal APIs across a microservices architecture
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
  • Work with technologies like Kubernetes, DevOps tools, and event-driven architecture
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and overall team improvement
