Junior/Mid Mobile Developer Advocate

You will analyze products, improve developer experience, and track industry trends. We offer opportunities to work remotely from various locations, including Istanbul, Izmir, and Ankara. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant software development experience.

Requirements

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related technical fields
• Have 0-3 years (Junior), 3-6 years (Mid) of software development experience
• Possess a basic understanding of mobile application development (Junior), 2+ years experience for mid level
• Know JavaScript/TypeScript programming languages
• Have good command of English for technical communication

Responsibilities

• Based on deeply understanding developer needs, design and develop solutions, libraries, extensions, technical tutorials, reference applications, POCs, code samples and toolkits to ease developers’ work those who use HarmonyOS-Next in apps
• Provide architectural and technical guidance/support on integrating applications of various partners to HarmonyOS-Next ecosystem
• Assist business partners in developing, launching and maintaining their applications, troubleshooting integrations with HarmonyOS-Next Ecosystem
• Continuously analyze and verify products and features within HarmonyOS-Next ecosystem, think in developer point of view and address further improvements on products, cooperate with product teams, focus on improving developer experience
• Act actively on community; write tech articles and publish in official accounts, track popular platforms and contribute with answers, contribute HarmonyOS-Next related open source software developed by community, be a speaker in various events
• Continuously track software development trends and developer behavior in the industry, populate new ideas to improve developer experience and/or enrich HMS universe

Preferred Qualifications

• Have hands-on experience in front-end development
• Be familiar with cross-platform development frameworks and architectures
• Have a basic understanding of Jetpack Compose concepts
• Be familiar with React Native, Flutter or SwiftUI fundamentals
• Show interest in learning multiple mobile development platforms
• Have experience with version control systems (such as: Github, Codelab, etc..)
• Be familiar with modern frontend frameworks
