Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in testing
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to create clear and concise test cases based on requirements
- Familiarity with Jira (or other bug tracking tools)
- Understanding of manual testing principles and best practices
- Strong skills in test design and writing clear, structured test cases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time efficiently
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases based on specifications
- Identify and log product defects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review stories and requirements, as well as to confirm the bug fixes
- Perform regression testing
- Participate in meetings to discuss testing priorities and progress
- Analyze automated test results
- Support the team with issue detection and defining reliable steps to reproduce
- Perform exploratory testing
- Maintain testing reports
