Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in testing
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to create clear and concise test cases based on requirements
• Familiarity with Jira (or other bug tracking tools)
• Understanding of manual testing principles and best practices
• Strong skills in test design and writing clear, structured test cases
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, distributed team environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage time efficiently

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain detailed test cases based on specifications
• Identify and log product defects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review stories and requirements, as well as to confirm the bug fixes
• Perform regression testing
• Participate in meetings to discuss testing priorities and progress
• Analyze automated test results
• Support the team with issue detection and defining reliable steps to reproduce
• Perform exploratory testing
• Maintain testing reports
