Join Brevo as a Social Law Lawyer and contribute to a fast-growing international scale-up. You will handle social relations, including preparing CSE meetings and ensuring legal compliance. Requirements
- Legal training in social law / labor law
- First experience in a company of approximately 2 to 3 years, law firm or consulting firm (internship / apprenticeship included)
- Knowledge of French individual and collective social law
- Very good writing skills, rigor, autonomy and sense of confidentiality
- Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English
Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation of CSE meetings (agenda, files, draft minutes)
- Contribute to the organization and monitoring of mandatory committees
- Carry out legislative and jurisprudential monitoring related to collective labor law and in particular on the CSE
- Draft disciplinary letters (warnings, summons to preliminary interviews, dismissal letters...)
- Provide legal support on complex individual situations (mutual terminations, long absences, incapacity, professional shortcomings, etc.)
- Participate in disciplinary interviews as support to the People Business Partner
- Answer legal questions from the People team or managers from other departments
- Participate in the development or updating of our internal HR procedures to ensure that Brevo complies with French law and regulations
- Carry out ad hoc legal research on topics related to HR strategy or company projects
- Contribute to the drafting of internal legal notes for the People team or managers from other departments
- Participate in the updating of HR document templates and their compliance with legislation
- Help to organize training or awareness sessions for managers or employees
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of the SYNTEC collective agreement is a plus
