JV Governance Analyst

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• 2 years experience in a high-growth healthcare startup and/or health plans
• Strong experience with data analysis
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong relationship building skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management and collaboration skills
• Demonstrated experience in an environment that requires versatility and dedication to efficient productivity

Responsibilities

• Support intake and build of a customer relationship management (CRM) system for Evergreen’s provider network
• Maintain Evergreen’s CRM as new providers join the network or updates to existing partnerships
• Assist and collaborate cross functionally with verticals to support Joint Venture partnerships
• Assist market leadership to align and coordinate dates for all necessary board meetings
• Assist the operational and clinical teams with data analysis to support effective JV meetings
• Collaborate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
• Document and manage JV board meeting minutes to comply with Evergreen JV board Governance policies
• Assist SVP, Field Operations to manage standard JV board materials and performance metrics
