Summary
Join KIPP MA as a Student Supports Coordinator and ensure compliance with regulations by coordinating systems for data collection, evaluation, and recording. Responsibilities
- Scheduling meetings, and auditing files adhering to legally mandated timelines for Initial, Annual, Triennial IEPs
- Maintaining shared student data trackers, keeping dates, services frequency/duration, providers up to date
- Maintaining confidential records (all IEPs, 504’s, reports, screenings, evaluations and medical records) for students in Esped & Powerschool
- Facilitating oversight of quarterly progress monitoring for all active students on IEPs- request data from case managers and related services providers
- Ensuring annual distribution (and verification of receipt) of Notice of Procedural Safeguards for current & newly enrolled students
- Support the coordination of new enrollments including requesting records from previous schools, and communicating with relevant team members
- Upload any reports or related documentation required for the School Based Medicaid Program (SBMP)
- Systematize, process, update, and enter special education information into internal systems, spreadsheets, online platforms, and physical files
- Administer online and paper student records, enter new student information, and respond to requests from outside districts
- Scrutinize IEP and 504 files for compliance with state and federal special education laws and internal procedures
- Assist school-based special education staff with administrative tasks and related support
- Devise and maintain monitoring tools for due dates and deadlines
- Assist the team during state reviews and evaluations
- Administer Medicaid reporting and related tasks
- Conduct quarterly file reviews and manage billing processes for external service providers
- Embody KIPP MA’s Code of Conduct by acting with integrity, leading with humanity, centering self-awareness and critical consciousness, taking personal responsibility, and engaging productively
- Participate and engage in regional professional development and community events as required

Benefits
The minimum base salary range for this exempt position is $45,000 to $60,000 (per 1.0 FTE/45 hours) with a $1,000 signing bonus—and an annual $2,000 retention bonus in subsequent years, as well as other bonuses, when eligible
